Agreement overview

By accessing or using CAHireX (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Platform is operated by NestedX ("Company," "we," "us"), a company incorporated in India. If you're using the Platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

These Terms are governed by Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). If anything here conflicts with applicable law, the law prevails.

What CAHireX provides

CAHireX is an AI-powered accounting and compliance platform for Indian businesses. The Platform helps you generate GST invoices, estimate tax liabilities, manage bookkeeping, and access AI-driven insights through GOJO AI.

Your account

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at hello@cahirex.com. One account per person or business entity — shared logins are not permitted.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for fraudulent invoicing, money laundering, or any activity that violates Indian law
• Upload false business data to generate misleading GST or tax documents
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code or AI models
• Overload the Platform with automated requests beyond reasonable use
• Resell or sublicense access without written permission from NestedX
• Use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Pricing & payments

CAHireX offers subscription plans as displayed on the Platform. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways — we never store your card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — no partial refunds for unused time. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice via email.

Refund policy

If the Platform is materially unavailable for more than 72 continuous hours due to our fault, you may request a pro-rata refund for the downtime period. Refund requests must be emailed to hello@cahirex.com within 7 days of the incident.

Intellectual property

All Platform code, design, GOJO AI models, branding, and content are owned by NestedX and protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your internal business purposes.

Your data remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Platform services. We will never use your business data to train AI models shared with other users without your explicit, separate consent.

GOJO AI disclaimer

GOJO AI provides automated insights, suggestions, and estimates based on the data you input. AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You should treat GOJO AI outputs as a starting point, not a final answer. Always verify tax calculations, compliance suggestions, and financial summaries with a qualified professional before acting on them.

Data & privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, store, and protect your personal data in compliance with the DPDPA 2023. Data retention is capped at 12 months post-account-deletion (longer only where Indian tax law requires it).

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, internet outages beyond our control).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

• CAHireX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for penalties, interest, or losses arising from tax filings or business decisions based on Platform outputs

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NestedX harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or any third-party claims related to data you uploaded.

Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. You can delete your account from settings, or email us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, you can request an export of your data within 30 days — after that, it's deleted per our retention policy.

Dispute resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be as determined by NestedX. Before initiating arbitration, both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days.

The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any matters not subject to arbitration.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with the changes, you may terminate your account before they take effect.
